The house is lovely and airy. Close to a small shop and great Pub & restaurant, with a magnificient 18 hole Links golf course within walking distance

We had an absolutely fabulous time. It was extremely relaxing and the scenery in the surrounding countryside is inspiring. The nearby restaurant served wonderful food and gave us a hearty welcome.

We recently stayed in 10 the Gardens and had a wonderful time. The location, with easy access to the beach and other local amenities (restaurant and pub), is great. The cottage is comfortable and the welcome is warm. We travelled with 3 small children and all really enjoyed. The kids are still talking about Donegal. Hope to return and have no hesitation in recommending.

Found this hidden little gem of a place on internet. Went and stayed for a week s holiday this is very close to Sarahs restaurant and near to the beach. In the cottage you will find all items you need for cooking and cleaning place is ever so clean. And comfy cant wait to go back again and have passed details on to my family and friends scenery is breath taking and fishing not bad to.

We were a group of friends returning to Portsalon after 15 years and without children. We had a fantastic time recalling old memories. No 10 The Garden could not have been better. Perfect location for everthing, pub, restaurant, beach, golf course and to gaze at the view. The house was warm, comfortable clean and everything we needed. Thank you.

We’re familiar with the area and were especially lucky to get a gloriously sunny week. A more beautiful setting, you will not find and this house is in the perfect location to enjoy the beach, pier, golf course, pub, restaurant, etc. The house has everything you could need and is clean, comfy and cosy. We had a fabulous time in the cottage. It was warm and comfortable and everything that we could have wanted. The beach was just superb. Rita’s is warm and welcoming and the food at Sarah’s is excellent – I can recommend the chowder. Its in Ireland but we think its a small piece of heaven. I would have no hesitation to recommend this to all our friends. Thanks!

This property is in immaculate condition with all the amenities one needs for a good family holiday. As the permanently appointed designated driver in our group I was delighted that just about everything we needed was close at hand. The store/garage was only 5 minutes drive away and it has a fine bar/restaurant on it’s doorstep If you love the ruggedness of Donegal, this is the place for you!

If you are thinking of a break in Portsalon, don’t pass up on staying at this house. Everything you will need, warm, clean & comfortable. The beach is also amazing Thanks Margaret for all your help and of course the beautiful bread.

Have made repeat visits to this house over the past 5 years and will continue to comeback as the house is ideally located for local pub, restaurant, small shop and portsalon pier. Location is quiet but only 1 minute walk to child friendly pub with evening entertainment. Only 1 minute walk to small sandy beach and larger beach only 5 minute walk away. Great location for both children and adults. House is clean and comfortable and well maintained. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.
