Terms and Conditions of Booking:

These premises are subject to the terms and conditions as defined by Bord Failte and ResIreland, including:

1. Bookings cannot be confirmed until at least a deposit has been paid. The premises will remain available to any client until such a payment has been received.

2. A deposit of 33% of the total bill, subject to a minimum of £45, is required on booking. The balance is payable 42 days prior to arrival date. If the booking is made within 42 days of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. If a client cancels a holiday for whatever reason, the cancellation charges are as follows:

• More than 42 days: deposit
• 22-42 days: 60%
• 8-21 days: 75%
• less than 8 days: 100%

A minimum cancellation charge of £45 applies.

4. This is a non-smoking cottage.

5. No pets are allowed.
